Has anyone noticed tethering(via BT) has slowed down after updating to 4.1? My previous tether speeds via speedtest.net were 1.5mb down and .5mb up, which was WAY slower than the speeds I saw on the phone using the FCC speed test app(Typically getting 2.5-3.5mb down and 1-1.5mb up on there). My tether speeds now are .5mb down and .3mb up? Im in the Detroit area and everything else Network wise seems ok. Thanks in advance for any info!
