Tethered jailbreak 4.2 to untethered 4.3 firmware

I have an tethered jailbroken iPhone 4 with 4.2 firmware. How can I update to 4.3 firmware with it still being jailbroken?
 
they say it's going to be released on 4.3.1 not 4.3 because they don't want to give apple the exploit because then they will patch it .
