Tethering app that stays on..

Alright, I have a iPhone 4S and Wi-Fi iPad. When I'm at work, I use my phone to tether to my iPad and I use TetherMe, but if I cut the screen off on my iPad, it pretty much disconnects and I have to go into settings on the iPhone/iPad and re-enable the connection.

Is there any apps or any other way to have my iPad connect automatically to my iPhone when I cut the screen on?

Tetherme has an "always on" feature

There's a setting in MyWi that allows you to set turn-off from 20 minute default to never.

I am unsure about TetherMe.

Yes, but it doesn't work very well. When I power my iPad on, I have to go into its settings and reconnect after I go on my phone and turn the hotspot on and off.

that is weird, my ipod touch sees it right away and autoconnects
