Tethering doesnt work

It shows connections, my other devices connect successfully but cant seem to open a webpage or use data on whatever device i use.
What do i do wrong?

Who's your carrier that's providing your tethering plan?

How do you have it set up?

Its set up as wifi tethering. My carrier allows internet sharing. Its a dutch carrier called Hi.

Kidding aside, did you check with your carrier about this? Also, did you try other phones with the same card in (assuming you have more than 1 phone)?
