Tethering help!

I've tried tethering once but I can't seem to get it to work anymore.

I have paired my iPhone with my Macbook via bluetooth but I can't click on the "Connect to Network". How come? Any fix?

What happens is, I go under Bluetooth in iPhone and click on my Macbook name and in the Bluetooth System Preference I would see my phone listed as Connected then a second after it'll drop out and disappear.

Anyone experienced this? Is there something wrong with my phone or Mac?
