Tethering iPhone 3G over USB or Bluetooth in Mac OS X?

Is it possible to do?

I have access to 2.2.1 and jailbreaking and I also have access to 3.0 beta 5 (but I heard that beta 5 doesn't let you modify the carrier file. Anyone have any options for me?

I just moved into a new apartment so I won't have Internet access until Thursday and I don't have a wifi card in my Mac Pro.

I'd appreciate any suggestions.

im running 3.0 beta 5 and i modified my carrier file, but you can only do this is your the 8.2 pre-released not 8.2 public release they patched it so you couldn't modify your ipcc file, so i can do internet tethering and mms, click on my youtube account and watch the vid
