Tethering on?

I noticed there is a swirling circle next to "Internet Tethering" in the network settings setup menu. Is this normal? Can someone check their iPhone 4? Thanks!

Well, you should get a few options as to what you want to do. I think one of them is to call AT&T, but beware, if you want the tethering option I think I read somewhere that you have to downgrade to the new data plans from AT&T.
