Tethering Question...

Has anyone tried tethering on a computer without Itunes 8.2 installed? I was wondering if you need Itunes 8.2 for the driver or does it use some standard interface.

You need iTunes 8.2... I tried enabling tethering over Bluetooth and USB, and only Bluetooth worked on a G4 that didn't have iTunes 8.2, as soon as i went to my MacPro (that had iTunes 8.2), USB tethering worked like a charm... So yeah, you need iTunes 8.2 update...

Ok, thanks. I will just keep iTunes 8.2 on my thumbdrive then.
