Tethering: Which Phone to buy?

What's the easiest phone to do tethering with? A jailbroken iPhone or an Android Phone like the Samsung Galaxy S2?

edit: In combination with a MBP ofcourse.

Jailbroken iPhone + MyWi... if you don't care about legalities, that is.

To be fair though, regular tethering with an iPhone is stupid easy as well.

I use the iPhone 4 for tethering, works very well on AT&T if you are in area with a descent signal. Much faster than Verizon for data, with 2 to 3 bars I get about 2Mbps down and 1Mbps up.
