Can you tether an iphone to a desktop computer that has no wireless card using a wifi connection the iphone picks up instead of the cellular network?

i wish i could as well as my desktop has no wireless card so instead i have to use my laptop to get the internet connection
Wait...I think the answer may be yes. Your question was very hard to understand. Do you mean you want the iPhone to access the internet using your girlfriend's Wifi router? If so, then yes, the iPhone can do that. If you want to have a computer use the iPhone to access the internet via Wifi, then no you can't.
