I no this is really dumb question but can you tether over wifi to a laptop?

i believe so. thats what ive done....mainly so i dont have to use my ethernet cable for my desktop

now if we can do this with the touch

no, can i use the wifi connection from my phone to USB or Bluetooth tether to my laptop?
