Texas Longhorns

Football is coming back. So i wanted a nice orange theme to represent my Texas Longhorn team. This is WAY beta..

I used the icons from the Buff theme. And colored the Chromium iPhone & keyboard orange. And photochoped a wallpaper.

Added the Mini Duracell icon, And Firefox Safari browser.

Just would like some feedback on what could make it better..

i never ment this one to be uploaded. just something i was playing with.

but sence you would like to see it. i uploaded it to a fileden account so you can download it.

some pngs in the theme still need to be shaded orange. but overall it's done.

i been working on a blue ut them i kinda like better.

and for the boot screen you can right click and " save as " to save the png above.
(need to repwn to edit that.)

:: once agin :: i don't take any credit for making these themes ! i just rip/build them as i like them and photoChOp a wallpaper with photoshop..

i made the bootscreen and alot of the icons on the blue theme im modding now. changed the keyboard with a black one to match the theme a bit more. and a few other things.. that just to get started..

a few things. first, i appreciate you sharing this with me. i wanted to use your keyboard, so that's the only thing i borrowed from your theme. i got the actual keyboard working, but i can't figure out how to get the top portion. on your first picture, it shows notes, new note, done. where are those buttons and orange border thing located? are they part of the UIImages folder?

i'm cobbling together my own longhorn theme from various existing themes. tell me what you think so far...icons from Black Badge, weather widget from macthemes using neobond's stylesheet, neo font and your keyboard...the only thing i did was the wallpaper

I saw there are lots of other themes to download. I downloaded them into my computer but I don't know how to put those themes into my iphone. How do you guys replace the original iphone theme with your custom ones? Thanks!

pwn the phone and open and install the winterbaord app from cydi or installer.

download themes from cydia and load them with winterboard or SSH them to the winterboard theme folder and use winterboard to laod them.

yes i use SSH to open the winterboard dir and copy the them there.

when you load ssh and log in to the ipod with

name : root pw: alpine

go to /private/var/stash/Themes

check out macthemes for the file and instructions. you'll have to ssh it in, just like any other theme not currently on cydia.
