Text "Error Sending Message"

Has anyone else been having this problem lately? Every text I try to send goes about 95% then says "error sending message". I tried different friends who belong to Verizon and Tmobile, and nothing works. Plus I tried sending texts in about a 20 mile radius from my house and still the problem. I have been trying to google my problem to see if it's AT&T or Apple, but seems like it's just me. I tried a restart and a hard restart.....No help. I guess I will have to visit AT&T or an Apple store.... Asking here first though, save some time..
