Text expansion in Pages '09 isn't working

Pages '09 doesn't expand text expansions in this latest Yosemite beta (OS X 10.10 (14A329r).

If anyone's on 10.10 and uses both text expansions and the ol' Pages '09, please let me know expansions (System Preferences: Keyboard) are working for them, so I know if it's universal bug or something with my setup.
