I'm trying to send a feed to Bing. Their response is:
***
1) Most of the product description and merchant category values are wrapped in quotation marks. This may prevent your products from publishing on Bing. When you save as a tab-delimited text file, Excel by default wraps the field in quotations when there is a comma or quotation in the cell value. The easiest way to eliminate the quotations is to directly copy the data from excel and paste it into a new notepad or notepad++ document and save it.

2) Your feed is formatted in Mac ANSI. To ensure your products publish on Bing, please reload a feed formatted in Dos\Windows and encoded in UTF-8. You can copy and paste the data into a new notepad++ document where the encoding is Dos\Windows UTF-8 on the bottom-right corner then save the file. If your file is already in this format, then try using an FTP client such as FileZilla to upload your file.

I am using MS Office for Mac. I have to edit the file. Does anyone know what I can use on Mac to meet their requirements?
