Text File of Emails to Gmail or Address Book ?

i have a list of many emails i have to add
to either Gmail or Address Book.
I am exporting the list as a .csv and a .txt file,
but when i paste it into text Edit, it leaves out the Comma's !

How can i re insert the commas ?

though the list is 1 email address per line !

Open Address Book > File > Import.
It will import a text file.
