Text forwarding stopped working

I lost the ability to forward texts from my phone to my iPad air 2 I also cannot log into FaceTime at all and iMessage stays on activating but won't activate if I do get it to work it won't foward texts I don't get the code it's supposed to send on my iPad.i have tried all the fixes and restored both but nothing works can anyone help out with this I have never ran into this before.

You might want to contact Apple Support, as your iPad Air 2 will have free support for some time yet.

Finally fixed it at 5am lol don't know what caused this but I might of been my network
