This has probably been discussed before, but I am sick of searching to forums as I can't seem to find a straight up answer.
What I am looking for is an app that will let me text an international phone number from my iphone and that person will be able to text me back using a reply option directly from their phone without using the Internet.
Context: My mom has gone out of the country and I want to be able to text her without incurring international charges on my phone. She has managed to acquire a local phone in that country and I was hoping that she could text me back without incurring international fees also.
Is this possible?
