When I get a text (SMS or RCS) message from someone on our devices (phone, iPad, Mac, watch) it shows as a new message with a blue bubble next to it when the message app is open and an unread count on the app.
The issue is, when I open the Text (again SMS or RCS message), on my phone, or iPad or Mac, it will now show as I opened the text on the other devices including my watch. About 3-4 weeks ago this use to sync just fine, but it is now not syncing. Called Apple support and they were no help saying it is SMS not iMessage.
Has anyone else experienced this and any way to solve this?
