Text Messages Arriving Late (By Hours)

Recently, I've started receiving about 50% of my text messages late, sometimes by 1-2 hours. I'm in areas of full reception. Seems to be when I get a phone call, if there is any late/delayed text messages, they'll all come piling through.

I just got my iPhone 4 replaced a week ago, however the issue happened on my old iPhone as well.

I'm with Orange.

Running iOS 4.3.5. Though, I don't recall having issues prior to 4.3.5..
