Text Messages Repeat Alert

Running 5.0.1, Jail Broken. No matter what I do I can't get the text repeat notifications to work. Have it set for 5 times. Tried using vibrate only and then audible alerts. Do have SMS+ installed and enabled, but can think that would be a problem with repeat notifications since I do get the first notification. Yesterday tried a "reset all settings" as a last resort. Can't figure this one out.
