Text messaging delays

I can’t for the life of me figure this out.

I see other people are having the same issue in the Verizon forum but I don’t know what to do.

text messages delayed by hours? Not getting all of them in real time.

has anyone else had this problem?

Is this happening when connected to VoWiFi or all the time? I know some networks around the world have issues with text message delivery when connected to VoWiFi.

I can’t answer that question. I’m home most of the time due to covid so I’m usually on Wi-Fi.

Yes, having the same issue. I noticed that when I’m working on my MacBook, it usually receives the messages first and then after like 30 minutes, my iPhone gets them
