text messaging relay to iPad and Mac stopped working

my continuity features all work amongst my 3 devices however i noticed today non iMessage text messages no longer relay to my mac and iPad.

i'm trying to figure out how to reset the activation but cannot find where ??

anyone else with issues today?? worked great since the update till today!

Not sure why both Mac and iPad toggled off by itself on my iPhone settings..
