At first I thought it would be unprofessional to schedule or use text messaging within my business however it has become a BIG part of my communication with clients.

I currently work out a time over a phone call or back and forth through a few text messages. However it is becoming to be a bit of a hassle when you have multiple things going on at the same time.

Is there some kind of appointment form I can have made up and email them a link to fill it out intead of me manually entering in their information and syncing it with iCloud calendar. One big thing is that I don't want them to be the ultimate decider on some jobs. Some jobs are a little more complex and I like to leave some of those jobs for days to when there's not much going on.

What I'd like is to find out when is a good time for the client and I decide from there.

Ideas?

Is this something my web designer could do or
