Text Overlapping itself in Safari

I've just upgraded to Leopard from Tiger and I've been noticing a lot of problems with Safari on my brand new MBP. Whenever I load a page and then scroll up or down, some of the text seems to appear twice, overlapping itself? Am I doing something wrong? Is this a common error? Should I take the MBP back?

same issue over here . On my MBP and MP - both 10.5.4 ..

Yes 10.5.4 and Safari 3.1.2

Does anyone have a solution? I'm experiencing the same problem in safari with my brand new iMac 3.06. Thanks!
