Text Overlapping when Larger and Bold Text is selected in settings

When I select on settings Larger Text and Bold Text on my IPad Air and IPad Mini 2 and 3 both my Contact lists and some emails will have top and bottom lines overlapping of characters .My I6 phone emails does same
