It's happening in all my apps now, even in finder.
I even rebooted, and it's the same thing. It only started today doing this. I have three monitors and on one monitor, it's fine, but on the other 2, it's like the attached images.
This is the worst update ever, I wish I would have never upgraded. Contacts is junk, Music app is junk, I'm pretty sure that people inside Apple are purposely trying to destroy it.
