Throughout the life of iOS 10 my text replacements didn’t really sync between iPhone, iPad and Mac. It worked 10% of the time.
I’ve had an open support ticket with Apple for a year. They have given up replying to the ticket now. Even the agent had sync issues with his own devices.
I have done everything a millions times that I have read online. Logging in and out of iCloud etc etc and nothing fixes it. Yes they are all on the same iCloud account.
Now I’ve upgraded to iOS 11 and still shortcuts don’t sync between by iOS devices.
It is beyond me that this and many other bugs remain over and over again.
