Not that i know of but you can switch to the other call and just tell them yourself.

Agreed, or just let it go to voicemail and then return the call.

or you can write them a text while you're on the other call...Additionally, as others have said, voicemail already serves this purpose, you know, "I'm away from my phone or on another call."
