Text shortcuts in 10.9 and iOS 7

Hi

I clean reinstalled 10.9 and now text shortcuts does not synchronised with iOS7's keyboard shortcuts.

I've tried to log off and then login in iCloud repeatedly on both devices but that doesn't solve the problem. Please could anyone help ?
