text to contacts

I can find this answer, but how do you copy a telephone number from someone who has text you, into your contacts.
I cant see how to do it,

Are you talking about adding the phone number that texted you to your contacts?
Or adding a phone number that is in the text itself, to the contact list?

Open the text, scroll to the top of the screen and there should be a button on the top left that says Add To Contacts.
