text to speech.... RESET????

hey everyone quick question. Mac has "text to speech" in the system pref's under speech.

You can set keys to make it speak text.

HOW DO YOU RESET THIS BACK TO NOTHING. For example, if you set it to "SHIFT COMMAND S" how can you set it to " " again like when you never set it before?

I know you can disable it by just unchecking it, but does anyone know this answer?
