Text tones with iOS 5 on a 3GS

So i know us 3GS owners got screwed out of the new text tones when the 4.3 iOS update came out.

Does anyone know if the same will happen on iOS 5? Should we get all the updated tones PLUS that ability to buy more tones?

As far as they are telling us iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS users should get the same updates (minus things like the LED notification because we obviously don't have a flash) or thats what it seems like they are telling us.

I'm getting the 4s at the end of November anyways, but thats another month and a half that i'll be on iOS 5 on my 3GS. So i was really curious.

You can't buy SMS tones on any iPhone (that isn't jailbroken).

I can confirm that my 3GS running 5.0 GM does have the text tones from 4.3 (or was it 4.2.1?) AND the new ones, like Tweet. You can also choose to buy new tones or assign one of your iTunes synced ringtones as your text tone or mail tone. Finally!
