Text too large on incoming calls?

Since the latest WatchOS release incoming calls from some contacts are coming up far too large resulting in their name across two lines, for example:

ok

Is this a bug in watchOS as it doesn’t do it with all contacts only odd ones, even ones who don’t have a large length name.
