Text Wrangler and EPUB

I'm trying to make an EPUB I created fixed layout.

According to Elizabeth Castro's book I need to create a new .xml file and save it into the META-INF directory.

I have opened the EPUB in Text Wrangler and located the META-INF directory but I cannot work out how to get the file into this directory.

Dragging and dropping doesn't work - HELP!
