I'm writing some notes using TextEdit (in MacOS 10.4.11) and would like to add illustrations alongside the text.
This is what I want it to look like (notice the text to the right of the image):

But in TextEdit I just can't figure out how to do this. No matter where I place the image it won't line up next to the text. It seems to want to go underneath, above or in between each line of text, like this, making a complete mess:

How do I make it look like in my first example (where I used NeoOffice)?
