When watching flash videos (I know, it is a site that still only provides a flash video player) I noticed a very short flash of a familiar texture before the flash plugin is fully rendered... I was able to capture a Screenshot.

It sure looks like some old remains from the 10.8 era.

Has anybody else seen this weird texture in 10.11?
