Texting Application has not moved clock forward

I have a new 8GB iPhone unlocked to 1.14. My phone moved forward an hour for the Daylight Savings, but the texting application has not. How do I fix this?

Try a reboot. Mine works fine. Mine is still locked though.

With 'closed' devices such as the iPod and iPhone, there really isn't anything you can manually do to fix a problem. Unlike for example, a Palm device, there aren't any random files to delete or bizarre plug-ins to install.

If resetting isn't working for you, just restore the phone through iTunes-- Unless there's a hardware problem, it's all that can be done.

I resolved the issue by changing the time setting from Automatic to Manual.
