TextMate, BBEdit and adding new language

Hello everyone,
I want to add a new language to those two editors and as far as I can it's really no hard to do, except one thing, this language has it's main keyword in uppercase and I can not find how to make those two clients to uppercase them. Any suggestions how to do that?

When I write define I would like those two clients not only highlighted but and uppercased.
