Ok, one last question (lol..sure)...since all the page templates in my site are set to charset=iso-8859-1...what is the equivalent to this for the "default text encoding for new documents" in TextWrangler. I'm trying to set it to the same as my character set in my template pages but don't see charset=iso-8859-1 as an option.
