Hello all! I generally spend most of my time in the PPC Macs Forum, but I have issue relating to my Intel iMac.
I play the game Team Fortress 2 quite a bit, and before I purchased my new MacBook Air in September, I used my Late-2006 20" Intel iMac (2.16GHZ Core 2 Duo, 4GB RAM, Radeon X1600 256MB) to play the game. I had it running at medium settings at the lowest resolution (in a window, not fullscreen) and I would consistently get pretty decent frames per second readings.
However, around the last week of September or so a problem occurred when I tried to start up the game. It would attempt to launch, but would then say that my graphics card wasn't supported, and closed the game. I tried re-installing it completely, but still I get nothing.
The best part about all of this is that on the Steam page it lists the X1600 as being a supported graphics card under the game requirements. Can anyone help me?
