thank goodness one prob solved now how to get rid of preview

Now that dang Preview drop down show up when I click on "show bookmarks" How do I stop that???? another #####. irritation
I cant see that well anyway cause my 19 or 20 " monitor / tv screen is probably mounted on wall prob 6 to 8 feet away

Jean, you should consider continuing to ask your question in the related thread or threads you've already started.

The answer to this question is between the preview pane and the list of bookmarks, there is a little space where your mouse arrow turns into a little hand. You can "grab" that bar and increase or decrease the size of the preview pane. Fully up is fully minimized and "off."

Now I see it thank you helpful people. I just hope I can keep it small like you showed me or remember it . Ha ha I hate getting old.... but Thankful for every good day and wake up and still know who I am and still walk and talk and think and count my blessings... etc.....
