I held off on pre-ordering, well attempting to at least, in hopes of hearing something about the white iPhone. Since we haven't, I resigned myself to buying a black iPhone. All set to go to the AT&T store super early Thursday morning but now that plan is shot. Closest Apple store is 3 hours away so that's not happening.

It would be nice if Apple and AT&T made some announcements before the nearly last minute.

I'm prepared to cut Apple some slack. I think ATT's systems were so bunged up that they STILL don't know how many were reserved/pre-ordered. The more they learn, the more the phones have been cut back to pre-ordered/reserved only (Best Buy, RS, ATT). I suspect that the Apple stores will have very little walk-in inventory.

Yes. Randall Stephenson should've been in the Foxconn sweatshop making sure all those workers didn't jump out the window. Clearly this is all AT&T's fault
