That cool moving sand background in ads

Hey all,

Got my X today. Overall I really like it. One small thing: where is that moving (live?) wall paper shown in the ads? The one that looks like colored sand. I was really hoping it would be on the new iPhone X as it looks really cool. Anybody else think it would be loaded on it?

It's coming eventually. It's available in the 11.2 beta for iPhone X at the moment.

Screenshot? I’m pretty sure you’re not talking about what the OP is talking about because I asked the same question a couple of days ago and no one seemed to think it’s an actual wallpaper.

Oh wow there they are. In the commercial the motion is quite elaborate and swirly. The sand or paint or whatever is it curls up in the corners. Does the live wallpaper act like that? Seems more like screensaver material for a Mac than live wallpaper with its brief shifting.

Is there a way to upload a gif or .mov here? I've tried making a gif to upload before but it just errors out on me that it's too big a file.

Yeah it would be much better if it just swirled on 'raise to wake' but we're all pretty demanding here about what we'd love to see
