in order to be "up to date", i downloaded itunes 8.0 and then downloaded the new 2.1 version for ipod touch. now i'm getting the message that i need to restore the thing before installing it. what i do. when i'm restoring i keep getting that "//$%$%" error 6 message. i am computer illiterate. now, what should i do ?
