I love my white macbook but have always had a problem with its sharp edges. Sometimes I can't help but notice them.

I just want to know if the new macbook has the same problem. Preferably I'd love a response from previous macbook owners. Thanks.

I played with one today extensively and didn't feel anything sharp anywhere.

I've used the previous MacBook a numerous amount of times and I have to say that the edges on the previous ones are annoying. The Aluminum MacBook's edges are not sharp at all. They edges don't bother me and it's great!

Great news. I might be out $1300 though.

I had the plastic MacBook and I just got the new one. I honestly think the edges felt sharper on the plastic one.

I can't help but think the sharp edges on the plastic Macbook was a serious design oversight. Usually Mac products are beautiful to look at and hold. The MacBook is terrible to hold, especially in bed. :p

Not for me. Easy to hold in and out of bed. I'm sure the new one is also.

theyre both easy to hold, but the aluminum feels wayy sturdier, the plastic one gave you that weird "floppy" feeling if you lifted it with one hand. and by the way, the edges are not sharp at all on the new one! thats because there is no seam in the aluminum, its pretty easy on the wrists.

you have to be gentle and sensitive to its body, especially in bed
