The 24th - Ship date, or arrive at my house date?

I got my 3G a month or two after they came out. I plan on pre-ordering the iPhone 4, however, I'll be leaving town for a long trip on the 26th. Is it likely that I'll have my phone by the time I leave? I don't have an Apple Retail store close to where I live.

How has this worked in the past for people who have pre-ordered?

It's not a big deal if I have to wait till I return, but it would be nice to have it for my trip.

Based on last year, it's arrive at your house date. I had my 3GS in my hand by 10 am the morning of the release.
