The App store: correct language

Although my new iPhone 4S is set correctly to my home situation (Belgium, native dutch language), all messages specifically concerning the app store (for example about the iBook app) keep appearing in German (in my daughter's case it's even in English)! Everything else is in Dutch, as normal.
How can this be changed to 'Dutch'?
