The "Arrange By" In finder and Show All

Hello,
I recently decided to switch from the ungrouped format of files which i used for 3 years to the Arrange by Kind which I was used to using in Windows. Thing is, it shows the files but they are in a cover flow eseque, in which I need to press Show All to enable them to show them all. That's fine, but if i leave that window then I need to press it again.

Does anyone know how to enable that by default on all of them so that I son't have to click Show All?
