The audio when i make calls from my Iphone is really low.

hi all!

When i wanted to make a call earlier the sound was much lower that what is usual is.. it works perfectly when i put on speakers, or headphones. but i believe that if it is broken it should be impossible to hear anything right?

I hope somebody can help.. and yes i have it on full sound..

Have you taken off the plastic cover off? I know it might sound like I'm being cynical but it happens.
